Spiritual Direction in the Cursillo is a means to strengthen our Life in Grace throughout our fourth day journey. The focus in Spiritual Direction is the direction of the soul, of the spirit of the individual person. A Spiritual Director is someone who is properly trained and can be trusted to guide the individual on their journey in faith as they walk with God.  A good director simply helps the person to be honest with themselves and to discern accurately the will of God in their life.  The director helps the individual open up the horizons of a Life in Grace.
