Application Process:
- Download and print the application.
- Meet with your candidate to complete the form.
- Send the application with a non-refundable $25 deposit to the address show on the application.
- You can pay the full amount for the weekend with the application. This will save you time at the registration table.
- When your application is received, an email will be sent to the candidate and the sponsor.
